What does a typical month at Phocuswright’s Travel Tech Fellowship look like?

Programming for TTF is 2-4 hours per week. You can dive into everything, or take a step back when you’re too busy. The community will be there for you.

Who should apply?

To be a good fit for TTF, you are probably:

  • An early stage startup founder or a mid-level corporate executive, committed to Travel Tech for the next 5+ years of your career.
  • Interested in starting, joining, growing or investing in Travel Tech
  • Have an operating or technical background
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, or eager to adopt one
  • Eager to be an active participant and contributor in a growing Travel Tech-focused community
What is the time commitment?

You are not required or expected to attend every function. We have purposefully structured the program with your busy schedules in mind, allowing for structured content, speaker meetings, and more curated small group sessions. We will also engage asynchronously on Discord (community chat).

In other words, you attend the events and workshops that move the needle for you and work with your schedule. You can expect to spend ~2 hours per week during the 10 week immersion and engagements may vary week to week.

What does Travel Tech Fellowship cost?

The price to join our fellowship is $3,900. Payable as a lump sum or in 4 monthly installments.

We also offer generous early bird discounts 🐦, so make sure to take advantage of it while you can.

Your fellowship membership includes:

  • 10-Week Immersion full of exclusive workshops, networking sessions, office hours and more.
  • Lifetime access to our community perks (events, members directory access, VOD etc.)
  • $500 discount on one of the 2023 Phocuswright Conferences (Europe or U.S)
  • $500 discount on Phocuswright research
Do you offer discounts for early stage startups?

Inspired by Phocuswright’s Startup Program that is ripe with opportunities for invaluable connections, unmatched networking, and education that can propel your startup to its next level - we are now offering those that meet the below criteria the opportunity to save and further reach your ultimate potential and connections.

Early-stage founders have the opportunity to receive $400 off the regular price**

You may qualify for a reduced-price TTF membership if you meet the eligibility criteria below:

  • Your company is six years or younger
  • Your company has received less than $10M in funding

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we do offer volume discounts for companies and organizations that wish to send more than one person to the Fellowship. Please fill the "Organization" application form and our sales team will reach out with all the details.

Can I participate from anywhere in the world?

Yes. TTF is mainly remote and we are looking to include diverse fellows in the community.
That being said, the upcoming cohort may not fit certain time zones such as GMT+3 may experience difficulties.

Although most of our program happens virtually, we also meet twice a year in-person during The Phocuswright Conference (USA & Europe), to complete the fellowship experience.

Is there an application deadline?

Apply quickly to make sure you are considered.
Space is limited as there is a strict maximum number of fellows per cohort.

Are there scholarships available?

We work with the Travel Tech Nation Unlock Fund to support selected applicants for the fellowship.

The fund aims to help candidates who demonstrates a commitment to supporting and contributing to the Travel Tech community, such as Travel Tech Nations’ values and promoting Accessibility and/or Sustainability in the industry.
