Project Travel is an educational travel community. Project Travel works with travel program providers to increase enrollments and drive participant engagement through a cloud-based SaaS solution. Every year, educational travel program providers miss enrollment targets and leave billions of dollars on the table by failing to convert 2/3 of the accepted applicants on their travel programs. Offices must reach enrollment goals to keep their doors open and struggle with: 1. An inability to facilitate peer introductions that lead to conversions 2. Inefficient paper based processes and out-dated technology tools Project Travel helps travel program administrators track and engage their customer all the way through the interest, application and conversion cycle. They offer an advising tool, social integration, and online fundraising; utilizing game mechanics with real rewards to keep their customer and their customers engaged.
